IN THE EVENT OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGES, THE UPDATED PRIVACY POLICY SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A RELEVANT UPDATE NOTICE AND REFRESHING YOUR CONSENT. UNLESS YOU AGREE WITH THE REVISED VERSION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, COMPANY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND PROVIDING YOU WITH OUR SERVICES WHICH REQUIRE YOUR DATA PROCESSING BY US. (1) DEFINITIONS
"Account" means a personal account registered by User using WLG ID (or registered before WLG ID but integrated to it) to play the Games and get the Services.
"Company" means WL Games LTD, registered at the address: Aigaiou, 83, 1st floor, Flat/office 104, Lakatamia, 2302, Nicosia, Cyprus. “We”, “Our” and etc. shall be referred to accordingly.
"Game(s)" means all games for personal computers (PCs), consoles and mobile devices developed and/or owned by the Company, that are available for use with WLG ID.
"Personal Data" means any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to an identified or identifiable individual. This includes but is not limited to names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, usernames, social media profiles, IP addresses, geolocation data, financial information, and any other data that can identify a User.
"User(s)" means a person who registered the Account using WLG ID or linked/integrated a previously created Account to WLG ID.
(2) INFORMATION COMPANY COLLECTS
2.1. Company is dedicated to protecting Your privacy and managing Your Personal Data responsibly. This section outlines the data Company gathers and the reasons for processing Your Personal Data when You utilize WLG ID. To meet these goals, and to adhere to relevant regulations, Company will engage in various activities with Your Personal Data, including collection, storage, aggregation, organization, extraction, comparison, utilization, and enhancement (collectively referred to as “Processing").

2.2. In today's world, there are numerous factors and risks that can impact the security of Your data, and despite Company’s protection standards, some of them may remain beyond Company’s control. Please exercise caution and prudence when providing Your personal information online and when using WLG ID/Services.
2.5. Company implements appropriate safeguards to ensure the security and confidentiality of Your Personal Data. These safeguards may include:

(3) TERMS OF COLLECTING THE INFORMATION
3.1. The Company is committed to retaining Your Personal Data only for as long as it is necessary to provide You with the Services/WLG ID. Company recognizes the importance of protecting Company Users' privacy and have implemented measures to ensure that Your Personal Data is kept no longer than required.
3.2. The retention of Your Personal Data will be determined by the following criteria:
3.2.1. Necessity of access via WLG ID to the Service. Personal Data will be maintained as long as it is necessary to provide access via WLG ID to the Services effectively to You. Once WLG ID and/or the Services are no longer required, or You choose to discontinue the use of WLG ID and/or the Services, Company will proceed with the data deletion protocols.
3.2.2. Lawful Basis for Processing. Company ensures that a valid lawful basis exists for processing Your Personal Data. 5.1. If You wish to make changes to Your account, You can do so by logging in and modifying Your profile settings. This gives You the flexibility to update any necessary information whenever You need to.

Company understands that Your Personal Data is important, and Company wants to ensure that it is accurate and up to date.

The Company will compare the provided information with the existing User records to ensure the authenticity of the request. If any discrepancies or doubts arise during verification, the Company may request additional information or clarification from the User.
6.1.3. Evaluation of Legitimate Grounds. As part of the verification process, Company will assess the legitimacy of the User's grounds for data removal. Legitimate grounds may include violations of privacy rights, infringement of intellectual property, or any other relevant legal obligations. Company will evaluate the situation and determine whether the User's request aligns with the Platform's policies and legal requirements.
6.1.4. Removal of Personal Data. If the removal request is deemed legitimate, the Company will proceed with removing the requested Personal Data from the User's Account and associated records. The removal process may involve permanently and irreversibly deleting the data from all storage systems, backups, and any other data repositories.
6.1.5. Confirmation of Removal. Once the Personal Data is successfully removed, Company will send a notification to the User, confirming the deletion. The notification will also inform the User about any potential limitations or exceptions to the removal, as dictated by applicable laws or WLG ID policies.
6.2. Company will retain records of the deletion confirmation for a reasonable period, as required by applicable laws and regulations. This retention serves as evidence of compliance with the User's removal request.
6.3. Company will continuously monitor compliance with this procedure to ensure all removal requests are promptly addressed.
(7) CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
7.1. The Platform is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of individuals, particularly children. Company do not intentionally gather or request any Personal Data from children (relevant age threshold determined by local laws), nor does Company permit them to create an Account on WLG ID. The Services and the content within it are not intended for children.
7.2. If it comes to Company’s attention that Company has unintentionally collected Personal Data from a child without obtaining appropriate parental consent, Company will promptly delete that information. Ensuring the security and privacy of Company’s Users, especially young ones, is of utmost importance to Company.
(8) CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
he Company may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. Company may provide You with notices of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Your continued use of WLG ID as an access to the Service after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute Your acceptance of such modification.
